The beautiful sight of the leaves changing in Cades Cove attract hoards of sight-seers every autumn. It is best to avoid the area on weekends during this period. This picture of the Methodist Church is from a popular overlook along Rich Mountain Road, which provides a short-cut out of the Cades Cove loop back to Townshend.
